Symptoms: the BIOS does not recognize the m2 disk or the hdd.
The laptop runs Ubuntu live via USB.
The power supplies of the m2 and hdd are normal.

The serial number of the laptop is 1226581a00123 and the mother's serial number is M210404006859#XU133UR720-U50E (qr code).
