Hello, I also have the Thinkpad X1 Yoga Gen 7 (Serial Number: PF-41RS91, Type Number: 21CE-S1521A ,Factory ID: JVHFC1) The Serial Number and Type Number are both on the casing as well as on the Mainboard. There is no other board model Number that i could find.
I can't enter the UEFI settings because of Admin password lock. I read the 64Mbyte Winbond Chip (there is only one).
I was unable to find the password patterns within the dump and the autopatcher didn't work either.
Any help to clear the PW from the dump would be grately appreciated.
(I was able to put dell lat. 9430 in factory mode by finding and editing 4Hex Values. However i need an unlocked and patched version as template which i cant find for this Model)
Oh ...
Really no solution at all ? Any hopes of a solution coming?
I know that shorting the contacts doesn't work on the mec1723..
But isn't there some way to clear only the PW from the dump? Or possibly enter a factory mode (as with dell 12th gen) with some Hex Magic
Could I try to flash a clear default bios, or is that doomed to fail ?
