I am not sure if i am allowed to make the same kinda post but in different subforums.

Someone suggested me to post in BIOS Requests. Perhaps someone could find out why my newly flashed bios chips does not POST. I am not really new in electronics itself, but i am for sure not experienced with laptop repair and flashing bios. I would appreciate if someone could help me out or point to the right direction.

You need to post the bios backup file + serial number because this is a regulation.

I don’t have a backup of the original chip because it was not readable.
On the back of the laptop there is also no sticker with the actual serial number. I am sorry

did you read post#2??you need a SPI programmer to copy the contents of the bios chip ..not what it says on it..the contents of the bios chip post it here..a video as an example..

Yes, i have a CH341A programmer.
The bios that i currently flashed is attached and the dump file that i just read from the chip itself with the CH341A.

I found the serial number & the correct model number under some tiny third-party sticker :
SN#5CD1126Q47

I hope that i am complaint now with the rules.

just flash it, it works perfectly.

I tried both of them, resulting in spinning fan with a static power LED, but no POST or BIOS

This may be a repeat but looking for schematics and boardview for the following:

HP OMEN Laptop 15-en1013DX
DAG3EFMBEE0 REV:E
Product ID 38H98UA

Computer charges, no response to power button. 5V power rail is present, 3.3V power rail is missing. When applying 0.8V to PCH coils, they draw 0.9A. I am not sure that's normal since this is a gaming laptop.
