Wrong chip or backup fault. Name of chip do you backup ?

It's a Winbond 25Q80DVNIG, 3.3V, 8 Mbits

Backup was done with AsProgrammer, I made a second backup using NeoProgrammer but this one could only be detected as 25Q80BV.
