      Hello everyone,

I need help with my Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen3 AMD laptop. Board is NM-E441 rev.1.

      Machine Type: 21CG-S32FV00
      Serial number: PF-4E1M7Z
      Board: NM-E441 rev.1 (JT4C1/JT6C1/JP6C1)
      BIOS chip: 25R256JWEQ (32MB) EC chip: 25LB128ESIG (16MB)

Original problem: Fan spinning on startup, black screen, laptop turning on by itself without pressing power button. I suspect EC firmware corruption.

I have read both chips with CH341A programmer using NeoProgrammer software:
      • 25LB128ESIG (EC chip) - 16MB dump - read from already corrupted board
      • 25R256JWEQ (BIOS chip) - read from corrupted board

I need clean dumps for both chips from a working NM-E441 rev.1 board:
      • Clean BIOS dump for 25R256JWEQ chip
      • Clean EC firmware dump for 25LB128ESIG chip

Both of my corrupted dumps are attached to this post.

      Thank you in advance!

Hi leave your 16MB chip as it is and flash this 32MB BIOS file only it should work for you I think
It's the same BIOS Version as yours Ver 1.35 (R23ET65W) and I aso matched your EC Version 1.25 (R23HT59W)
I've already injected your Windows key as well. Good luck!

        Hello,
Thank you very much for your help and the BIOS file! Verify passed successfully and file is correctly written.
Unfortunately the problem remains the same โ€” black screen, no display output on internal or external monitor (HDMI).
This narrows it down to either EC firmware corruption or physical board damage.
Since my EC dump was read from an already corrupted board, would you be able to provide a clean EC dump for 25LB128ESIG chip as well?
        Thank you in advance!

I have tried this dump as well but the behavior is the same.
I have ordered new EPROM chips (25256 and 25LB128ESIG), when they arrive I will flash your files on fresh chips to eliminate the possibility of damaged EPROMs.
        Will keep you updated!

Hello, is there still no way to remove the SVP on a T14 Gen 3 with Intel? Svod4, bypass, or any other methods?

Should I buy a Lenovo Thinkpad E495 with bios password?
        by RMDUiFT
Good day. I apologize if I posted this in the wrong topic. I saw somebody selling a Thinkpad E495 with a Ryzen 3500U CPU near me. In the pictures the laptop is running windows 10. I contacted the seller and asked a few questions about upgradability and if it has a bios password on it. He confirmed it has a bios password. I searched through the forum, I found a guide regarding removing the bios password using the autopatcher, I also found a thread with the e495 where people requested help with unlocking the bios password.

        I have a few questions:
        • If I would buy this laptop and have

Summary of BIOS Whitelist Removal Problem

        Problem:
I am attempting to remove the WWAN card whitelist from my Lenovo ThinkPad T560.
        Initial Findings:
        • My current BIOS version is N1KET58W (1.45).
        • I have a CH341A programmer and have successfully created two full backups of my BIOS.
        • I have the ability to use command-line tools on a Linux machine.
        Troubleshooting Steps & Conclusions:
        • I attempted to use several automated and manual patching methods on my N1KET58W (1.45) BIOS, including using hex strings. These attempts all failed.
        • I concluded that the

Need Clean BIOS/EC Bin File for Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e - Stuck with 0275 Error CMS

        Hello everyone,

I am attempting a repair on a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e that is currently stuck at boot with the error: "0275 error CMS" even after setup new bios battery and will not allow me to enter the BIOS/Setup.

This is a critical issue that I believe requires flashing the BIOS chip directly using a programmer (e.g., CH341A/RT809H), as standard software updates or resets are not possible.

I have opened the laptop and identified the main BIOS chip...

        Hello Hello,

I have been browsing the site and gotten so much useful info from here, including extremely helpful boardviews and several other very useful types of information. I am very grateful to this community, as I have actually eeked out a living from buying salvage PC's & Macbooks and repairing them. So, thank you all in advance!

I have searched and found some useful information regarding my issue, but my case is a bit different than the info I'm finding. But if anyone here can give me any useful advice, it would be highly appreciated.
