Try flashing your fixed files first (ME Region cleaned, NEW BIOS Region and WinKey injected)
I've also included another BIOS file for that motherboard Version 1.10.1 to try if they don't work

Please unlock my BIOS, My Dell Latitude 5431 ST#20QNSQ3 BIOS chip si a 16MB one (25R128JVSN) and it comes with separate ME Bios,
please unlock attached BIOS file or please give compatible one. Thanks

It works fine.
After many hours i realized that the memmory was faulty.
With other ddr5 memoory is fine.
So the bios was faulty and the memory replaced by the owner after no power at all.
Thank you very much "noname2024", both bios are ok.

with the original bios this laptop is dead, no power,no keyboard light, no fan spinning,no video etc.
with dump bios #30 from second page(Markus1741) this laptop power on,keyboard light is on, fan start spinning to max speed and no video.
100% bios issue.
please fix the original bios or dump #30 if is easyer.
