The laptop just blinks the power button and nothing else happens
I wanted to try make new bios from hp site but the ME analyzer i have failed to read the image and the flash tool also doesn't read the image as well.

Any help i will be glad

i have taken liberty and tested both files and they both work well

though wish u could share me the tools used
failed to find them
MeAnalyzer & Flash image tool for this particular dump or is it because its kinda new
