Where is your original backup? We need the file that was on the chip before you tried the other one from this thread.

Thanks. I've been googling and I found the same screen I have on my cousin computer. I've been watching the YouTube link and I'vent skills to do this work. Isn't there any other way to recover?

Extract the 3 files from the attached zip folder, put them all on the fat32 formatted USB. Don`t rename the files or do anything to them,leave them as they are. Make sure they are the only files on the drive. Put the USB in the laptop, boot and see what happens
