Hello again, it's still in a boot loop, on first boot it said final steps to updating the bios it finished rebooted
and its still the same. it shows the HP log when I hit F10 it comes up entering setup, then it reboots and
starts again doing the same thing but without the final steps to the update. the cpu get very hot wile doing this.

Any ideas ? Thanks again mate for giving it a go.

try. At 1st boot reset security to default. Wait for few minutes, it will restart several times with no image.
