At 1st boot press F10 and RESET BIOS to factory defaults, save, restart and password will go on. After that enter in bios setup and in Main tab you have "set machine unique data" and write there what it's written on the label inside the cover. Or extract DMI from your bios dump:
Feature Byte: 476J6S6b7B7H7M7Q7W7m7saBaEapaqauawbhcAfPgSguhKjhk8mEn7nWpDpnpqprqjqz.N2 (no spaces)
Serial: 5CD3031X3G
SKU: 6U8L5LC#ABM
Build ID: 22WWTPCZ601#SABM#DABM
Board CT: PPVBR018JHM00X
Name: HP EliteBook 645 G9
Save and use BCU to exit MPM mode or restart laptop/desktop how many times counter shows.

You MUST:- Read BIOS guides, methods, resources and tools
- Try the method at BIOS guides, methods, resources and tools before requesting help
- Explain you were not able to succeed with the methods at BIOS guides, methods, resources and tools
- Use search function in case someone already answered your request
- Post under a related thread if it exists
- Provide the full machine model number, serial number (or Service tag, SNID) and the board model number (see https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=88758 )
- Name your thread with model numbers and request
- Provide a BIOS/EC dump if possible
- Attach files directly to your post instead of linking to external websites
- Post what the problem is, be specific - black screen, no boot, running slow, password.
Do NOT post "clean me", "clear bios", "clean bios", "bios need" or other such terms
Requests for password removal or BIOS repair for which the method is available at BIOS guides, methods, resources and tools will not be tolerated anymore if you do not explain why you did not succeed.

Re: i need a help unlock 645 g9
hi SMDFlea
sorry if a break some rules, is not my intention , am asking for help ,because i used to clean my hp dumps using a guide from this forum https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...1&postcount=65
i tried to re edit my ec dump but i failed to make it work ,but i always got f8 key blinking in yellow and the caps lock blinking in white
due to english is not my native language i do my best to read the forum rules to not be taken as one hit and run user
i leave machine model number and board number also both dumps main and ec

Thanks that worked like a charm!
As for the DMI info I did the setconfig txt file since I had already saved it beforehand
If you could clear me this too I had 2 laptops I thought I could figure the trick myself.. 😵Attached Files
