HP 830 G5 endpoint security controller problem

Hi, I have a problem with the "endpoint security controller problem" error, I heard that it can be fixed by changing the bios config, do you know what exactly I should change to make the problem disappear? Desoldering and modifying the BIOS does not help.
I am attaching the config file in the attachment.
