Hello, I hope someone can help me with my problem.
None of the keyboard keys work (not even in the BIOS) after a Windows update.
I downloaded the BIOS from the HP website and proceeded with the manual update; it completed "successfully," but after that, there was no display.

When it turns on, the CPU fan spins at maximum speed, and the F5 and F8 keys light up orange.
There is nothing on the display.

Someone removed TBT ROM U5902 W25Q80DV according to the schematics you shared, below WiFi card, it's for Thunderbolt firmware (maybe also needed for USB-C), you can ask someone here to make a backup of it

MAIN BIOS (SPI ROM, 1) and EC (EC ROM, 2) are labeled on the board, make a backup first and upload them here compressed as .zip or .rar
Try some BIOS+EC from this thread, post 8, 19, should be matched
