Try with this BIOS:

Brother, the problem was finally on the motherboard. Looking at it with the microscope, the issue was with the M.2 port on the board. I replaced it and it's working perfectly now. I really appreciate your help, bro.

I am trying to read the sio via keyboard with svod 4 i can detect the npcx68 but the dump is filled with 1F. Configure the nuvuton with 384k and npce68. Any suggestions? (the check pins comes ok)

For future reference if anyone is struggling reading via SVOD4, download the pinouts/motherboard from svod database NM-D271 @Aditya11tt read ID (it will switch to 192kb) switch it back to 384kb and check np68. Plug the power in the second usb c as the first one didn't work for me.

I have a bios locked thinkpad.
I have read the guide but since my model is from 2021 I dont understand if I can just dump and write again the bios erasing the secure section of the ic, thus erasing the password, or if I need to do something else.

Also I found this clip on YT

Where this guy just shorts a pin to ground while booting, succefully removing the password, seems a lil bit too simple so I would love some clarification on that if possible.

As I understand from the guide the only thing that MAY work is the dump , clear and write of the chip, is this correct? I can just use my CH314 then , but if the shorting method work.. would be easier.

post S/N, full name and model, motherboard model, TYPE,etc.

post the contents of the bios chip even if it is corrupted..

The bios chip must be unsoldered from the board before writing or reading..
do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..

After work Ill provide everything.
If I have to flash the bios I was wondering if I could use pogopins and not desolder the chup to dump the bios. Not a problem to desolder it, was just wondering.
