HP 450 probook G4 bios chip replaced

For lack of where else to ask this...

i replaced the bios chip on my mothers' HP probook 450 G4.
The laptop boots into win10 no problem & nothing appears amiss.
However, it takes a while 15s for the HP logo to appear on bootup & i notice that the caps key LED blinks 5 times.
i also noticed in the bios screen that the serial number & product ID are different (not 0xFFs or blank but actual values) to the values on the laptop case.
    My questions are:
    1. Will the fact that the serial# & product ID are not the original cause the slow post?
    2. How do i change them if they are the cause?
I do have NbDmiFit-2.13 but but i cant unlock the ME because there's no point in changing FSMC.bin to SMC.bin as the UUID is not 0xFFs nor is the serial# blank or 0xFFs (and i'm not even sure if the Wndmifit64.exe is in that release is the right one for this laptop.)

    thanks in advance.

Post your original as well as new l bios in bios section. The DMI info like serial ,model etc can be copied from older bios to new bios chip thru hex editor. Late display is due to dirty me region. Ask for clean me bios in the same section of this forum.

ok..but where can i get the information that will:
      a) indicate where in the bios the information is stored (i dont have the original bios dump).
      b) get the program that will clean the ME region?
