status of enough power and command to open CPU power but no CPU power,, tried your file still the same,, concluded mainboard error,, thank you for your help

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3511, led code 3,6 (bios error).
I tried 2 different bios that was supposed clean and the motherboard turns on, show dell logo, immediatly turns off and when turns on again show colors on display, white, green, red...
Could someone fix my original file?

My motherboard is LA-L24EP
