acer aspire 3 A315-41g Screen Problem

Hi tech-guys,

I have problem with Acer Aspire 3 (A315-41). When I pressing power button, the screen showing me this picture.
Sometimes lcd screen works normally.

Hi, did you tryes another lcd? Also, wht it shows with external monitor?
