Hp probook 440 g4 power problem

After playing "sniper warrior-2" game
In my laptop,i did properly shutdown
Windows 10.next day the laptop won't turn on.
I did remove,battery,ram,h.d.d, but no power.
Only repeatedly the processor fan, on and off
Continuously. Please give a proper solution.

We're not holy gurus who can sense what's going on in the mb without any measurement.
