you can try flashing EC Chip you find it in Biossection

EC_PWROK- 0v same after flashing bin and ec

pin 112 must be 3,3v when you press Powerbutton

3.3v and goes to zero. Taking only 33mAmp on supply then goes 0

than you have EC power in first post you wrote you miss EC power
check Pin 107 and 112 from EC chip

107-3.3v
pin 112- 0v

check pin 26/50 from EC chip (IT8987E)

pin 26 is 3.3v
