Hi , Can anyone tell me what the part # is and where to purchase the L7140 fuse by the ppbus_3GH coil for MacBook Air 820-00165-a ?

I think you mean F7140. 'F' = fuse. 'L' = inductor.

F7140 = 8 AMP SMD case style 1206, 24V (or higher) fuse.
