    Toshiba kira 102 problem

    I have toshiba KIRA 102 MB FRH2SY2 A3664A
    Only led blink
    19v present
    5v ok
    3.3v ok

    Is it normal that no vcc in bios chip ?

    It is possible that the bios power get after power button is pushed. You can measure if you have a short on that line.

      NO SHORT FOUND, no voltage also after power on.

      so only schematics can help

        Measure all coils and resistance and put it on hd picture . Resistance do you measure without power, cmos battery, and memory , wlan card and so on. And post hd pictures from front and back board. Did you try already for resetting bios remove bios battery and short the terminals for 30 sec.
