Latitude 3440 microphone buil-in and headphone's didnt work

My 3440 detect build-in micro but have no signal, the sound output is nomarly with internal speker and headphone, but i use headphone the microphone not detect too. tested with other webcame and build-in micro but not working.
this board use ALC3223 IC

DMIC_CLK, and DMIC_CLK is 3.3v,

i have no this ic, and dont know how to resolve this issue.
