Hi folks. As the title says, I was doing a port replacement on a Lenovo Thinkpad T480s and in the process of post-solder cleaning, I somehow knocked off 2 or 3 diodes (i think they are diodes) near the main usb-c. I can't seem to find what kind of a diode is that. I know it's ultra tiny and just has a letter "G" on it. Would someone maybe have a proper schematic for the t480s model? I can only find the non-s one and it's quite different to the "s". Would love to figure out what component that is.
Thanks in advance!... -

Good day to all, I need help with the values of the knocked down resistors.1 Photo04-02-2025, 06:15 AM -
I have an i7-11700K that I knocked the top two blue resistors off of. If someone could measure their 11th gen and tell me what their values are it would be a great help. The bottom one of the three is 99.93 ohms on mine.

by jetuaime81hello. I knocked off a capacitor on the apu (probably while cleaning off the thermal paste i guess). I have done some google search and i got 2 answers so I'm confused ( 1uf 0201 and 0.1uf (100nf) 0201). i think the ones above the missing are same value but i am afraid to remove it and check due to the tiny size, fear of losing that also; and also maybe scratching or damaging the apu. Anybody has actually measured these caps please help.1 Photo06-10-2024, 08:19 PM

by mecmastHi all,
I have accidently knocked-off a component from my NVME. I have found the photos of the same model and another model that has similar design.
Here are the photos:
This is my NVME:
Here is the same layout but 512gb:
And here is the missing component:
I couldn't determine this part. May be a filter or a resistor. I don't know. Thank God the traces aren't ripped off.
I really need help.
Thanks....01-07-2024, 08:04 PM - Loading...
