elitebook x360 ...g2 numlock on een when power is off

Hello,

laptop model: hp Elitebook X360 1030 G2

Issue: numlock LED is on when power is off

I replaced keyboard, updated firmware, drivers, bios ... and replaced the keypad. This is the wierdest issue. I have tried all can think of but haven't found a solution. I have not loaded an OS.
