    HP Pavilion 14-DH faroe_dis_x32_mb_mv 18742-1. replacement kb9028q

    hi all, I replaced the kb9028q, it was giving power problems,

    replaced with a new one I now find the 3.3 and 5v, 3v power button, but nothing starts, led connector off,
    i think the kbc must be programmed because empty, i have tl866cs, i wanted to know if there is a way I can write with the programmer, solder the wires and have it read to the tl866cs programmer,
