hp 15-ac126tu 3 times caps lock blink

I have hp 15-ac126tu And after turning on caps lock blink 3 times and repeat after a while. On hp website i can read that this is ram problem so i changed the ram modules for surely working ones and still no results - 3 blinks anyway.
This laptop use ddr3l but i even checked the normal ddr3 and same result.
All voltages are present, screen only goes black(polarization).
I've tried to reprogram bios too, same result.
Under the thermal cam i can see that the cpu have hot spot, should i be sure that this is problem with this hybrid cpu/pch?
Cpu coil is around 16-20 ohms.
i3-5005u.

With this information, no one can help you. Check ram ic requirement and voltage on ram slot. Cpu will get hot when turned on. I beleive you have cpu core present and likely DRAMRST# is missing. Revert back with your readings.

There is 1.35v on ram slot, cpu is getting hot after turned on - this is normal but only 30% of cpu is getting hot, rest is cold.

Check voltage on pin30 of ram slot for DRAMRST#

Only 0.125v

This should be 1.35V and without it there cannot be post. So check your ram ic requirement first. MB part number is LA-C701P??

yes but i killed the cpu propably when testing voltages, my bad, thanks for help anyway.
