hp dv6000 quanta at8 gpu problem

hello,

i have a dv6000 f700 quanta at8 laptop with gpu error.
i want to switch off it but don't find any advice about it (the motherboard could be work without gpu i know)
schematics not clear about that

can someone knows if i can do this ? and how ?

Dont waste on this crap motherboard. New chip are not available and its not possible to convert from dis to uma.

Quanta AT8 is the AMD model with both failing GPU and MCP. They're a lost cause since there is no good replacement MCP available.
Should be able to replace the board with the Intel version without dGPU (and get the appropriate heatsink as well). Quanta AT6 or better Quanta AT3, but I'm not 100% sure they fit.
