    3.3v / 5v TPS51225B vs TPS51225C

    Hello,

    I repaired a dead Lenovo L380 by replacing 3.3v/5V TPS51225B chip with TPS51225C that i recovered from a donor board .
It works but I'm not expert enough to tell if this is good or not ?
Can any body tell me what is the difference between the two and if the replacement is good ?

this is a link for the datasheet

    thank you

51225B-5V LDO is not Always ON
    51225C-5V LDO is always ON

3V LDO is always on in both the IC.

The replacement in your case will work fine.
