    Help to identify electronic component.

Good afternoon, I come to ask your help to identify which is the electronic component that is marked in red. It is found on a notebook motherboard.

    What is the component called?

And if it's normal to overheat?

              Good Morning.
The problem I have is: the notebook turns on and the screen also turns on but there is no image, it is all black with a small white stroke in the corner blinking.
              Thank you.

Wait, the blinking line is an image.
It does not seems to load the os. Remove the hard disk and see it you can see the post/bios screen.
Have you already removed the internal battery for a while to reset the bios?

                    Good afternoon.

I did everything I was told. I took the battery out of the bios and waited a few hours. I took ram and disk the screen is completely black. Only with the ram a small flashing line appears in the image. Does anyone have any idea what it might be?

                      Good afternoon.

I checked all the voltages on the indicated pins, they are all correct as in the diagram.

tap f2 right after switching it on and see if it loads bios
                        also try an external monitor

I did as indicated by the f2 key right after starting. but it does nothing. the laptop starts with the black screen and the white cursor flashing in the upper left corner.
