pin 1 - 0v but pin 2 - 0.8v
pin 126 - 0.79
pin 199 - 0.8v
pin 203 - 0v
pin 204 - 0.76v
pin 75 - 0v bu 76 - 0.79v

is the Schematic i have send doe's mach page 25 because voltage's are not correct

The caps on the picture are ok, if the voltage is not correct on the ram slots what can it be then?

pin 1 - 0v but pin 2 - 0.8v

the RAM slot voltage must be
pin 126 - 0.75V pin 1 0.75V
pin 199 - 3.3V
pin 203 - 0.75V
pin 204 - 0.75v
pin 75 - 1.5V
trace back missing voltage's and check out page 15 of Schematic make sure all the voltage's are ok

I have 0v on pin 1, pin 203 and pin 75
On pin 199 i have 0.75V
Pin 126 and pin 204 are ok
Also tried onother CPU but the same problem
And 0.75v on pin 199

Have you replaced ram IC?? Is there any corrosion on pins of ic??

Among 4 dead laptops I am trying to fix, currently i am typing on HP which always blinks caps+num lock every time when I power it on. all started when cooler worked poorly and 2 times experienced shut down due overheating.

point is that I left it once blinking and after a minute or two laptop just started loading os.

I replaced cooler, cleaned memory, and processor. still blinking, but after a minute or two laptop working. maybe you can give a try to wait for a few minutes. then measure.

just amateurish tip...

I have not but there is no corosion anywhere on the board. I can replace the ic but i do not have spare one at the moment

Can you measure voltage on all pins of U6200(TPS51216) and post here??

The measurements are not visbile clearly after zooming in on pic. better you write here pin voltages.
