Many notebooks that have been discarded as technological waste are instead put back on the market, for this reason the service that is not managed by the manufacturer is not easy to deactivate.
If you can prove that you own the notebook, there is a dedicated service.
Otherwise it is not very easy, and in some cases it is not possible.
There are many articles on google about this problem but 90% do not give useful information for unlocking, they only explain how it works. The problem is that it is a dedicated chip that manages this service and not the bios.
