Check the Voltage in U5 8.9.26.5.29.22.4.27
    check the Voltage in Q539 pin 1.2.3 & D12 pin1.2
    Check your Adapter 90W
    Check U14 pin 74 ADP_PRES

DC jack pin 3 LIMIT_SIGNAL ? Q507 pin4 Gate Voltage is to high 18V to bypass it should be less than 10V , test Q507 for any short G/D/S

          q507 not short but g=17v

              LIMIT_SIGNAL trace to q22 S=5.6V, D=0V, G=0V
              Q514 NOT SHORT

remove Q507 put the multimeter Diode mode value S.D.G
                test all pins of Q545

thats bad. +V3AL is on many lines. try to inject voltage to find bad component faster

follow the ktmmotocross insturction inject external 3v with high amps on the short line and observe the pcb the faulty component will be heatup....i think your smsc kb1070 may be faulty...

                              NO HIGH AMPS!!!

with 3V put max 2A =6W and rise it if u cannot find component. if u put 5 or higher amps u can burn component and WELDING COMPONENTS LEG TO PAD which is way harder to repair

remove it and check if short is gone. than measure its pads for short to check if it have internal short or some of its output is shorted
