hp mini 210-1018cl 19v rail problem

I need help on this please hp mini 210-1018cl board idANM6AMB6F0 REV F: it came dead the problem is the 19v rail at first check pq32 pin has 19v but pin 2 0v and pin3 has 0.9v, so i replaced pq32 it works now there is a light and laptop can turn on and boots fine after a minute it goes dead again check again pq32 same as before no voltage on pin 2 and pin 3 has 0.9v so and check the fuse R030 markings has 0.9v so i replaced the fuse now 19v present and laptop can turn on and boots fine, but still same issue after a minute it goes dead again and no voltages on pq32 and the fuse R030.could anyone help on this please. if a put votages using bench lab on pq32 and R030 FUSE ligts present then goes off and taking 0.01miliamps on bench lab

Re: hp mini 210-1018cl 19v rail problem

In addition to pq32, you need to measure voltage on components which are connected to pq32. which IC does get hot?

Do you mean PR21 - RL3720WT-R030 which is a current sense resistor.

Check the LCD connector CN1, you should have 3V on pin1,2,3. And check voltage on pin 21 .

Hi, I'm Daniel, and I'm new to the world of repairing motherboards.

I would like to create a table, or more likely a guideline about the voltage rails and their possible resistance rail.

I know that the motherboard design has a very big depend on the rail's resistance, but I would like to know what is the smallest value for a rail that can be acceptable. For example, I heard that some new gaming motherboards can have 0,5 Ohm resistance on the GPU rail, but on an older type, it could be a sign of a shorted GPU rail.

So, I generated a table with AI so I can...

The problem is that I can't find the motherboard model anywhere, nor the model... that is, it's a generic mini PC but it doesn't have a model... I've read the BIOS file and I'm uploading it in case someone could repair it or someone who had one of the same... I'm uploading images of the motherboard and the PC......
