The problem is signal SLP_S3#_3R, it comes from the PCH. Try shorting pin 6 (PWR_SWIN #) to ground and release, measure the PQ778 gate when you do that.

i short the pin 125 of the ite chip it turns on and then i measured gate on PQ778 still there is no voltage but the source have 3.3v and drain have 0v

Unplug and reconnect the power and try again with pin 125 to ground. So, the laptop starts normally?

i tried again the same results it turns on display comes steady after releasing pin 125 by the i used probes to connect red to 125 and black to ground

how can i bypass this to power on, because power button ribbon and lock is also broken

The lock on what? On the power button board or on the motherboard.

yes on the motherboard the the plastic lock for the ribbon cable is missing and power button ribbon also is broken

You can replace the ribbon with a new one, the ribbon connector will be harder to find without a part number. If you are good at soldering, you can still solder the ribbon directly to the motherboard.

but the problem i cannot turn on the laptop on the switch board it can turn on only on pin 125 of the ITE chip.can i connect power switch board to pin125 of the ITE?

Pin 125 of the IT8502 chip is connected directly to pin 6 of the power button connector, so if you ground pin 6 of the power button connector, it's the same as when you connect pin 125 of the IT8502 to the ground.

As I said before, you can solder the ribbon cable directly to the motherboard, I do not see the end of the ribbon.

im not good in soldering skills.in the picture that is not the original ribbon cable that is i got from another hp g6 laptop because original ribbon cable is completely broken.is there a way to make a jumper wire for this?

yes its good i put it on ohms mode connect ground and positive when i press the button it response.i think power button is good

I am referring to the other motherboard you took the power button board, the connector on the other motherboard is it good, if so, you can use this connector on the motherboard that you are repairing.
