Hi fellows, a customer brought this device to my repair center with the above mention complaint. The battery drains rapidly even when device is powered off. I realized it heats up quite a bit at times whiles it is powered off. Tried a new battery with no change. Anybody out there who has solved this kind of problem before? Your help will be much appreciated.
