Asus x451 dead

hy friends I have asus x451 laptop....which is only one chip...its have no 3v, 5v . after check i found 19v is not insert on vin mosfet,....I connect a wire to the 19v line .....no voltage found ....no short on coil....and bios pin no 8 no 3.3v ....ldo 5v found


any idea
