EliteBook 2560P-6050A2400201 no power after IC replace

Hi i need some help this hp come with no charge issue. i checked 3.3v coil is shorted (low resistance) and with psu lab injected 3v on shorted side of this coil and Ic multicontroller is hot .
replaced this IC IO and now charge ok but no power up >>>>>>>>>>
-----no 3,3-5v on coil (10 ohm resistance)
-----power button have 3,3v
-----bios ic no vcc
-----IO Ic U2024 have +V3AL_KBC but NO +V3S

Flashed bios same problem Any suggestion please???

EN0 3V ENC 3V
ENTRIP1 0.7V ENTRIP2 0.7V
VREG3 3,3V VREG5 5V
VREF 2V

also replaced U2020 TPS51123
