Dell D620, Intel integrated version, mainboard LA-2791. Problem: Powers on, power LED comes on, all 3 LEDs on keyboard come on (num, caps, scroll) then turns back off. No video. During this time all voltages are present.
Solution: Desolder BIOS and flash using programmer. BIOS available on Dell's site here: http://www.dell.com/support/home/ro/ro/robsdt1/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=JPCCR]Dell Latitude D620, A07[/url], download file, open a command prompt window in the folder you downloaded it, type in "D620_A07.exe /writeromfile" and it'll spit out the binary. Flash ROM file using programmer.
Or you can grab it in the attachment.
If the board stays on after flashing but flashes Caps Lock and Scroll Lock LEDs with no video, power off, remove all RAM, power on without RAM and you should get the same flashing pattern. Power off again, put RAM back in, board should now display video and boot normally.
Hope this helps someone.
