How can i get the service tag, its only showing as in the picture i have attached before.

You will have to try them all, as you don't have full S/Tag

Cant be sure any of them will work but worth a try
The HDD must be the original that was with the laptop when bought new
Passwords must be entered with a Qwerty k/board, (if laptop not Qwerty, plug in a USB one that is qwerty and use that)
Passwords are case sensitive so type in as seen
Hold down control key then press enter (sometimes enter needs to be pressed twice)

HDD password is not removable without the exact passcode. Better you try a new one.

password on some driver can be removed using scripts and MHDD
