Dell Vostro 1510 18 Volts on Power Switch

    Hello all guys,
I'm facing a strange problem that one Dell Vostro 1510's Motherboard LA-4121P has 18 Volts on Power Switch. 5V ALW and 3.3V ALW are present on PU16 (ISL6237). Please tell me what should i do? Which component is faulty?

Check pin 32 100 117 U28 before and after pressing power button, usually like 3.3v-0v-3.3v. If so, then consider to flash bios as HarryPk said.

The BIOS was corrupt. . . I flashed it and everything is ok.
