l300 rsmrst alwats enable not turning on .

well got this l300 from another store , mentioning computer turn on somethimes or somethimes it simple just down.

starting making some test , and found that RSMRST is always present on pin 25 KBC , it should only give 3.3 volts in the on off moment.
this happen when she doesnt turn on .
when she turn on , rsmrst is 0 and only got to 3.3 once i press the on off , as it should , reflashed bios and replaced KBC , still persist the anormality , this is a nec tokin board , before all i tought was nec problem so replace , but same issu e-

opinions are welcome , MBR is a 6050A2170201-mb-a03

Re: l300 rsmrst alwats enable not turning on .

    well noticed another thing

    according to last measurement ,

when board turn on , i chek pin 25 there is 0 volts ok , once i press it stay on 3.3 volts always . now if i press the ON off button to disconnect , machine turn off but still 3.3 volts on rsmrst , but will turn on if i press the on off button .

now when i insert the dc jack and he starts not turning on i chek pin 25 and there is 3.3 volts .
and somethimes i insert dc jack and pin 25 is 0 volts and it turns on .

crazy shit , problem on power MNG on SB ?

Re: l300 rsmrst alwats enable not turning on .

The bios battery got a big job here to receive and transform that 3.3v
      To rsmrst from rtc voltage.

      Maybe maybe

If it was with me i will have cook his ass in the oven hehehehee
Just cook it! It's already broken.

rsmrst# should be 3.3v always and must go low when you press power button (# means low).

            nec replaced
            kbc replaced

another example , ok now for ex removed dc jack , and inserted it again , chek pin 25 rsmrst , and it 0 , ok if i press on now the machine put rsmrst at 3.3 and stay on that value , once i press on machine does turn on , toshiba logo apear , but if i press to shutdown , machine shutdown but stay with 3.3 volts on rsmrst .
