acer aspire v3

i there , got this machine on the bench , turn on but no image , notice somethimes some kind of flickers on the screen , its not a big flicker , its a small flickers that is anough for we can notice that display is trying to start .
There is no image on background as well , and nothing on external VGA or HDMI . cheked all coils noticed only that for I7- 4702MQ is having 1.7 on the CORE , grafic i got around 0.90 volts on the coils . all o outher states seems fine .
gave a light reflow on the grafic , but no changes . cheked both bios as well , the same no changes.

any taughts ?

chipset HM86 , i7 4702 cpu , ITe8528E 4mb EC , 2mb MAIN

well same issue , no result at all , tryed different ras , different cpus , all cores seems nice and ok , simple no image

Same type with almost the same problem, But what was the result from the first one, could you fix it?.

The same prolem with all v3.I foud schematic,ut cannot use.Motheroard dot have marks of components.
