I menage to measure 2,5uf and esr 0,8-1,5 I using on lcr t4 component tester, I know its not reliable value but can I replace them with 2,2uf ?

Yes, 2.2uf is fine. Capacitance value is not critical. Measure the voltage across the existing caps and select your replacement cap with a voltage rating to exceed this value.

Honestly do not think the difference of 1.2uf on this cap will halt the operation of your memory test. Review other possible faults. Can you test with another known good ram stick?

My replacement caps are salvaged from old GPU, and have 2-3x higher ESR when measured - this can be issue ?

No. A GPU consumes much higher currents than a memory stick. Respectively, if the caps were ok for the GPU then they will be fine for the much lower current draining memory stick.
