fujitsu siemens esprimo mobile v5515

the laptop is totally dead
i found f1 open, i replaced it, but the voltage now on this fuse is 2.2v. the mosfet q22 is not shorted??
here is the schematic

all are not shorted but when i removed all , the short is in there places, but they are ok

I tried to look for you, but I am not a pro. The main part I would go for is U16 or it's surrounding components. This because you took out the q's and the short look like it is before that. Not in the DCin but on the ADPIn
