    LA-H492P not charging the battery.

    Hi everyone.
    I have a problem with this board.HP Omen 17-CB0005
    LA-H492P 1.0
    When the battery is connected it works from it.
    When the charger is connected then all the performance tests are fine. (CPU utrbo turns on and RTX 2080 is working fully, etc)
    charging led is shows that it is charging. But the battery is not charging at all.
    - 2 type of new battery is allready tryed but none of them is working. (SR04XL, SR03XL) charger mosfet gate always stays below opening (8,8v when battery is 10.8V and 12 when battery is 15,4)
    - Checked Battery current sensor circuits but found no components diviating from the schematic, and every trace is connected where it supposed to connect. (ISL-EC-Battery)
    - checked mosfets for shorts trought and with gates also, NO faulty mosfet.
    - BATDETECT is 0V on battery connected and 3,2V. otherwise
    - windows can see the battery and it says its charging but it does actualy not charging.
    - Reflashed EC firmware with two different
    - Charger is official 330W.

    Any ideas what can be the problem?

      Charing IC was reflowed and chargin is back, so it was a bad solder joint under it.

          Remove all power. Meter in lowest resistance scale. Measure the resistance between pins 14 & 15 (CSON & CSOP) directly on the charger IC.

          What is the exact resistance? Next, touch your meter probes together, what is the resistance? This is your baseline measurement so subtract the above value from this baseline for a true resistance measurement.

          The true resistance should be ~2R ohms for the battery charge circuit.

                          I have an RC radio handset(Taranis QX7) which doesn't have internal battery charger which means I had to remove the battery every time I needed to charge it.
                          So to improve it, I added a 15W USB-C charger board(link) inside and soldered it to the same connector on the PCB where the battery plugs into, great, now I can simply charge it with a USB-C cable.

                          but the problem I found is that after the radio sat for two weeks without being used the 2S 18650 battery that I'm using was at 4.2V!
                          So the battery is backfeeding the charger and being drained.

                          How can I prevent...
