Hello, I am working on a surface go 2 that died due to an input power issue with the charger. I have identified this component labeled 2920M as a possibly bad part. This component starts screaming on thermal imaging as soon as the charger is plugged in. Problem is I cannot for the life of me find a datasheet or anything on this. I can't tell if it's a type of mosfet or what. Anyone have any ideas?

Review the datasheet and find a better brand like Texas Instruments or Diodes to replace it with same pinout and foot print in sot23-5.
This is a common fixed 3.3v ldo. Note the high Vin support which may be more difficult to source. Before you purchase, post your short list or ask AI to find a valid sub using Digikey or Mouser as a vendor.

I’m trying to fix a Corsair mechanical keyboard but could someone tell me what the circled part is as I think it may be the issue. There is 2 legs with a small square seethrough piece at the top that is separated inside almost like a fuse but it’s labeled d140 which I assume is some type of diode?.
