HP Envy Laptop 16-h1023dx - Need help identifying Laptop Part

Hello, so I was recently playing games on my laptop and my laptop made a pop sound and shut off completely. Its a HP Envy 16" i9 13900h, 4060 laptop. It wouldnt turn back on and the caps lock light blinked slowly 3 times then quickly twice but the laptop itself would never turn back on. I tried multiple things but I came to the conclusion that there's something wrong with the motherboard. I opened it up and everything looked in order besides the attached pictures. I'm unsure what part is missing but it appears something is definitely missing. The motherboard model number is N40701-601. If anyone could help with identifying that'd be great. I am new to soldering and circuitry so i apologize if i say something incorrect. Also if this is not the correct forum for these kinds of problems, it'd be helpful if someone could point me in the right direction.

It is excess solder, no component there. You can remove it with tweezers. If you have no experience in repairing electronics then most likely you will do more damage than repairing. No warranty?

I bought this laptop in 2022. There is no more warranty. Also, to learn you have to be okay with making mistakes and i'm okay with that. I'm here to learn. I also shared the wrong image, i posted a reply with the correct image.

Take another picture, zoom out a bit more so we can see some of the surrounding IC`s

If the purpose is learning then of course. The element might be FA7607 load switch, but this is not 100% sure. It most likely delivers power to some secondary rail (maybe usb), on the left side where two pins are connected together there are input and output pins. Remove the component with hot air and clean the pads - you should have some change in motherboard behaviour. Either start without the function of the secondary rail (missing usb for example) or attempt to start without post if the rail is necessary to boot up.
