Asus x513ea laptop charging problem

Have Asus x513ea laptop motherboard with charging problem.the laptop shows 0 percent but charging not increasing.when adapter and battery is connected the battery connector shows 1.5 v on the scl pin no 5 and sda pin shows 3.2v .have changed resistor pr6005 and charging ic but problem remains same.have tried another 2 new battery but there is always 1.5v on scl pin.
Help me solve this problem please .

Remove / replace the TVS ESD diode @ PD6001.

Hi removed pd6001 but problem remains same.

Disconnect the battery. What is the voltage on the battery connector SCL and also the SDA pins to ground?

Without battery scl voltage is 1.5v and sda voltage is 3.3v

Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode.

1) What is the resistance across R3013? This is the mandatory pull-up resistor for the SCL interface. Often 2k2 ohms is used for SMBUS / I2C lines but is not super critical. For example 4k7 or 10k ohms can be also used.

2) What is the voltage on each side of R3013? One side should be ~3v since this is the pull-up voltage of the SCL interface.

3) What is the resistance to ground of this SCL line? No power to the board during this test. Wish to confirm again if this line is shorted and being forced to a low voltage swing due to the loading.
