Asus Vivobook X515JA Laptop
Issue :
Upon turning laptop ON, screen lights up - stays black & about 30+ minutes later ASUS logo is shown & boots to windows, then laptop works fine.
Tried :
Cleaned inside for dust, applied fresh thermal paste. No Change!
Removed keyboard, Trackpad, fingerprint sensor. No Change!
Removed Internal SSD. No Change!
Updated BIOS to latest version. No Change!
Removed battery and pressing power button for 1 minute. No Change!
Weird Part :
Upon turning laptop ON, screen lights up - stays black,
I plug 'windows 10 bootable USB' OR 'Hiren's bootCD USB' OR LINUX BOOTABLE (transcend 8gb with led indicator),
the USB LED lights up & ASUS logo is shown & windows from internal SSD boots.
But this works on random USB A ports out of 3 ports.
This takes few minutes.
I used this method to enter BIOS & update to latest version, reset BIOS defaults, change boot order, etc.
Also Tried ME clean image of BIOS burned on BIOS chip.
