by KazikHi, I received a Liquid Damaged Asus UX7602Z for repair. I've cleaned the motherboard and found couple of damaged components. Two of them (near the battery connector) I can't identify. One is a resistor of unknow value, and the other one is probably a transistor. Laptop won't charge the battery without them. Please see the pictures and help with components identifying. I couldn't find any schematics or boardview for this laptop.
Laptop model: Asus UX7602Z
Motherboard: UX7602ZM, R2.1
Can you please help?
Thank you....-

by Ryan WurtzMissing components on the motherboard.
Anybody by chance have the same model and can let me know what they are?
Symptoms of the laptop are. Working, booting, seems fine except does not charge. Windows even says it's charging. But does not. Also charging light is on. So I'm guessing Im missing some Resistors
Can manually charge the battery.
Let me know if you need more pictures or have any questions.... -
Help please with identification of few components for troubleshooting (Solar Water Fountain circuit)Need some help please with a few components on this small board so that I can troubleshoot the circuit.
The PCB is a Single sided board fairly simple circuitry has a +ve and -ve Solar cell power input, a 7.4v 1500mAh (dual 18630 cell) power in which the Solar panel charges the cells, and lastly the Output goes to a DC connector...
J1 is actually 1P1T Switch (in ON position completes Battery cell circuit
J2 - to DC Output
J3 is Battery cell connector
however I am struggling to identify if:
Y1 (SOT-23) are NPN Transistors, MOSFET's or 11v Zener's....2 Photos - Loading...
