Hello,
I am now inside this Spectre X360 laptop.
First problem was melted usbc connector.
So i have changed connector, measured connection and tested charger - Input still on 5V - 0.0020A.
Then i have ordered and replaced TPS65994AD - now it looks for me better - still 5V - on start approx 0.3500A and after few seconds it goes down to 0.0100A.
Tested on Fnrsi tester.
I know that TPS is needed to be "programmed" to correct working by bios update.
Now i want to inject 20V , power laptop on, and make bios update.
Problem is, that for this laptop is not schematics and boardview and i am not 100% sure where to inject. Maybe can someone help me?
Another dumb question - in this unprogrammed TPS state - with connected charger - will be voltage on BIOS and on second smaller SPI (thunderbolt)? Or voltage will be after correctly working TPS?
...because i have on both zero.
Thank you
